We have a lovely double bedroom available in our recently renovated Victorian house — a quiet, non-party home shared by a friendly mix of professional males and female.

The room overlooks the garden and features a split-level layout (perfect for extra storage), double bed, and wardrobe. The house has wooden floors throughout, a large fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and separate dryer, and a sunny garden ideal for relaxing outdoors.

All utility bills, council tax, and 500 Mb Wi-Fi are included in the rent. We also have a weekly cleaner whose running costs we share.

Excellent transport links — just 15 minutes to Liverpool Street and the City via overground rail. Frequent buses (38, 48, 55, 56, 106, 253 and 254) and both Manor House (Piccadilly Line, Zone 2) and Bethnal Green (Central Line) tubes within easy reach. Local shops, cafés, and amenities are only a 5-minute walk away.
