You will be sharing the flat with a friendly female professional (32) who works in finance in The City. It's a corner unit with hardly any neighbours and a large, light flooded lounge (south, west facing). There's an entrance hall with a shoe closet and 3 bathrooms so you'll have an ensuite with a shower to yourself and also access to the 3rd bathroom which has a tub.

There is a balcony off the lounge and also a private patio.

You:
Another female for the room is preferred and importantly I'm looking for someone who is easy going and considerate, with a well balanced work and social life. Someone who is here to enjoy the flat and area but wants to make if feel like a real home and is coming home to relax and not party. A dinner or bbq is welcome though. You should also be very tidy and happy to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and common areas so it can be kept nice. Suitable for a professional or postgraduate student.

The Area:
It's a 2 mins walk from Haggerston Station, buses to central and shops. There is also a lovely park on the corner and it is mins from the Regents Canal which is nice for biking and walks and leads you to Broadway Market.

The area is residential and very quiet but you are moments from great restaurants, nightlife and markets. London Fields, Victoria Park, Dalston and Shoreditch are all a walk away.
Mins from the Victoria and Elizabeth lines to get central quickly.
