I have one very large room available in my beautiful situated flat (definitely a must see space). The room is very large and well proportioned. The flat has a kitchen/diner with ample space. And of course there is central heating and wi-fi throughout.
The Area: 
It is in a great location, right in the heart of trendy Hackney. Walking distance to Broadway Market with its great cafes and quirky shops, London Fields with its outdoor Lido, vibrant Colombia Road flower market and a short bus ride away from Dalston, the Olympic Village, Hoxton and Shoreditch. And if you want to relax, being that Hackney is one of the greenest borough in London, there is Hackney Downs park, Middlefields park, Springfield park along the canal and of course Victoria Park, one of London's biggest park, all jusrt a short walk away. The flat is 5 mins walk from Hackney Central overground (zone 2) with quick access to Islington, Central London and the West End, as well as Hackney Downs rail station (7 mins to Liverpool street) and also countless buses only two minutes walk away which travel all over the city. Lots of restaurants, pubs and cafes are within a stones throw distance, as well as a great high-street with a multitude of shops and supermarkets 
The person: 
should be a professional. Clean, tidy and responsible. I am ideally looking for interesting and worldly character, to share my lovely home. I am very busy in my life and want a flatmate who is similar. There is an additional monthly charge which covers gas, electricity and cleaner. Room available.
