Single room to rent near London Fields

I have a room in my house perfect for someone who is new too London or wanting something basic for a while. The room has lots of natural light and backs onto a lovely green garden. Down stairs we have a fully furnished living room with a TV connected to Netflix, perfect for when you want to relax/chill out.

With summer upon us the house comes into its own being that we are perfectly situated to London Fields for BBQ's and drinks. The surrounding area we live in is very clean and very safe. We are a 5 minute walk from Broadway Market and we have lots of local shops dotted about to get groceries, grab a coffee etc. We also have a Tesco 1 minutes walk away next to Hackney Downs station which has a ten minute train straight to Liverpool Street Station. Alternatively you could grab one of the many buses round the corner from our house. (Buses - 38 - 56 - 242 - 277 - 30.) We are also a 5 minute walk from Hackney Central, Dalston Kingsland and Junction.

Room comes with a bed, clothes rail and shelving unit. On moving in I ask for a damage deposit of one months rent with a minimum of a three month stay. Bills are 90 all in per month. This includes all the basics plus 40 Mega Internet.
