Lovely double bedroom in a great four bedroom flat, Hackney.

The flat is located on the ground floor of a three-story building and has a bathroom (equipped with a toilet, a big bath and shower), a separate toilet and a lovely big kitchen (which is the only indoor communal area besides the corridor and bathrooms). There is also a basement which can be used to store bulky items in such as luggage.

We have a wonderful and secluded leafy garden that has at least 8 hours of direct sunlight in the summer. It’s perfect for summer BBQ's planting flowers and herbs and just enjoying.

We’re within a 30 second walk from Hackney Central Overground station, only a short walk to Dalston Junction and serviced by bus routes including 38, 242, 48, 254, 55, and many more. The flat is perfectly located.


There are three of us currently living at the property and we’re looking for a new flatmate.

A little about us, we’re hard working and in our 30’s. We love to eat, enjoy a chat and a drink or a meal together, sometimes the occasional party when the time allows it. (One of us is a chef with a talent for sourdough baking who loves to share his skills) and we all love music.

We have a great balance between downtime and fun at home since we all enjoy each other’s company but we’re also conscious of each other’s privacy and respectful of each other’s needs and routines.

We have a cat, Sebastian. He’s very friendly, a short hair oriental (so he doesn’t leave fur everywhere).

We’re looking for a flatmate who’s looking for a house where they feel at home and who ideally loves cats. Someone who has their own goals outside of home, and knows how to communicate and is a team player at home.

We’ve got a really good thing going so we’re hoping to find someone who will like it and add their own thing to it.
