Great spacious room in Haggerston!

We have a really nice spacious double room in our house situated on Kingsland road in Haggerston.

We a€™re a few minutes walk from Haggerston Overground. Close to the canal which with a short stroll from Broadway Market/Columbia Road/London Fields/Victoria Park and in the opposite direction a small distance away is Angel (Islington).

The room is really nice with plenty of space! It has a double bed, shelves, corner cupboards and a rail if you want that too.

Rent is £775 a month, council tax is around £30, internet is £6. 50 and quarterly electricity bill (no gas).

Ideally we would like someone to be able to move in at the earliest 10th October (when current housemate moves out) rent is paid on the 12th of the month, so ideally you could start paying from 12th October. We are after an easy going guy or girl who is up for socialising together occasionally and also happy to do their own thing (sorry, I know everyone says this..).

You'll be living with two girls, Nina and Rebecca, and a guy, Frank... We're all relaxed, down to earth and like to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy.

We have a living room with tv and chromecast.
