Description

Room is available 8th October

These lovely, bright airy rooms are in a small block with just one other flat.

Room 1 is a LARGE single room that actually has a double bed.

There is a shared kitchen (with all the appliances), bathroom and dining room (and seated area with sofa). Situated less than 5-minute walk of Homerton Station (Zone 2). it is very well connected with Central London, just two stops away from Stratford and a stones throw away from the Olympic Park. There are a lot of bus routes to get you around. It is a great, trendy area (close to Victoria Village, London Fields, Broadway Market and famous Chatsworth Road) and to many amenities: large 24-hour Tesco, Nike and many other amenities such as the hospital and GP, theatres, cinemas and libraries. The room comes fully furnished.

The current flat mates all get along well and all share the cleaning, so this would suit someone who is house trained!

This room would be ideal for a student who is studying for exams or a professional who works a normal 9-5pm job like the other working flatmates in the house.

Please note you will be dealing with myself (the owner of the property) and NOT an agency or third party.

If you are interested in arranging a visit, just email us with a brief description about you and I will contact you.

All bills (internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity) are included.

Thank you.

ABOUT THE AREA:

Chatsworth Road becomes the focal point of Homerton at the weekend (particularly on Sunday) and has turned into THE creative hub of Hackney and has benefitted from lots of trendy cafes, patisserie, Swedish eatery, the gourmet organic food on the Sunday market, and live music at The Dentist. Sundays have become a mini Portobello Road market. Summer will make it all the better while the district is now called Homotown by the new trendy gay-friendly influx of creatives. New bar and restaurant Venerdi's offers an insight into the future of the district.

With Victoria Park you have the village feel, particularly on Lauriston Road with loads of restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. Also Victoria Park is such an amazing park to live next to, festivals in the summer, great place for picnics, great playgrounds and sports facilities.

Hackney is a green haven with Millfields park, beautiful Leabridge Nature Reserve, great canal walk to Springfield park and cafe. Fantastic for activities: Running miles around Lea Valley nature reserve, Park run every Saturday morning, riding stables, ice rink, Water Works golf centre, bird sanctuary, rowing club and marina.
