I have a lovely spacious double room in a very quiet Victorian period feature home.
The room is very spacious with high ceilings 17 m squared.
I have just redecorated the room including new wooden flooring. Extra furniture can also be provided 😊
You will only be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other person.
Because the current tenant is so fantastic I am really looking for someone who can fit into the current dynamic.
This is a super quiet and mature household so it may not be ideal if you are looking for a place that is super social 😉
The room comes fully furnished, with a newly installed bathroom
Bills are inclusive of the price including wireless internet and includes 2 x professional clean of the shared spaces.
Please note I am looking for someone who's looking for a home.
Like most of Hackney, there are lots of bars and great places to eat all within close vicinity.
The house is really chilled and peaceful. The current housemate, (female) works in the city and enjoys travelling, makes amazing baked goodies!! and loves hiking.
You will only be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with the current housemate so there will be absolutely no issues around cooking etc:
There are also fantastic parks seconds away which is great if you enjoy running etc
The transport links are very good and convenient as it's literally moments away from ALL the major bus routes 38/55/56/253 and Clapton British Rail via Liverpool st (5 min walk)
