I am the landlord of the property and I have long term tenets moving out on the 1st September. I need a few days to maintain the flat and then I am looking to rent the property for a short period of time.. I will be putting the flat up for sale and I looking for someone that may be happy to rent until it has been sold. This could take 6 months -8 months - a year who knows.
If you are a single person looking to rent a whole flat for a good deal, that will keep the place tidy and would be happy letting estate agents into the property at agreed times, this is the flat for you. I would also accept a couple.
Viewing will be held from 27th-30th August.
