A double bedroom in a beautiful penthouse apartment is available from 5th March!

The available bedroom opens onto the balcony with lovely views of the city, as do the kitchen’s breakfast bar and dining area. Please note that the cost is £100 extra for couples.

The price is inclusive of all utilities some and bills (broadband is installed at the property). Current flatmates share the cost of a weekly cleaner.

All key appliances included: washer/dryer, dishwasher etc

Residents will have access to on-site amenities that include a 24hr gym, roof terrace and concierge service. There is also a Co-op supermarket within the development, which is extremely handy!

Dan (29) works for a tech start-up (usually in the office), loves an evening in cooking as well as the occasional night out. Laid back and relaxed, always happy for a chat!

Sean (30) works at BBC Elstree (Camera Dept.), is very easy-going and hassle-free, loves going out and about and exploring the area but also likes to keep to himself at times. He’s always down for the pub :)
