The room is available to move in from early January onwards a short-term lodger. preferred.

I can consider a Monday-to-Friday let and adjust the monthly rent based on five days a week. For commuters and for 2-4 days for hybrid workers.

Full time Higher education and post graduate students can also be considered.

This is a two-bedroom flat, and whoever moves in will be living with me only no other people.
