Double room Homerton

Hello,
Looking for a new flatmate to take over a spacious and comfortable room in a great location.

My current flatmate will be moving out on May 1st, and the flat has recently been put on the market for sale. However, the landlord has guaranteed a minimum of 4 months, so I’m ideally looking for someone to stay for a short-term let (around 3–4 months), with the possibility of extending if the flat doesn’t sell.

About me: I’m easy-going, work outside the house, and tend to be out most of the day. I enjoy a calm and relaxed home environment.

Who I’m looking for: Ideally someone with a similar lifestyle — preferably working (not a student) and also out during the day. I’m looking for someone who is:

Quiet and respectful

Clean and organized

Responsible and mindful of shared spaces

Easy to live with and considerate
