Room Available (Hackney)

I have a 2 bedroom flat with a double room available in the East London area available from the 5th December and to move in by the 8th December 2024. Viewings will be from mid October I am located 10 mins from Chatsworth and 20-25 Minutes from Hackney Central with access to parks and a canal to take long walks on a Sunday, or any other day if that's your thing.

I would prefer a female tenant who is clean, respectful and generally just pleasant and easy going to live with.

I do have a small cat he's quite new and keeps himself to himself. And I tend to keep him with me most times and keep communal areas exceptionally clean out of respect for those that I am living with.
