Small beautiful Self contained room with toilet.

Hello, I'm looking for a very kind, quiet, friendly person, non smoking and vegan or vegetarian to share my boat house. You'll have your own small but beautiful bedroom with windows and beautiful views of the river Lea and your own small toilet. There are no shared rooms so you have your privacy. It's non furnished so you'll need your own mattress etc. Would suit a student or low income who needs to save money, doesn't mind a very small room who doesn't have many possessions etc. Basically a relaxing and beautiful place to sleep and rest. I'm looking for someone very clean, quiet, friendly, kind and respectful. It's a minimum of 3 months to stay with at least 1 months notice to leave but ideally longer.
