🌿 About Me & the Home
I’m an Australian (sorry in advance!) living in Homerton with my three cats and one small dog. I work full-time from home as an IT Project Manager.

I consider myself a type-B person in most areas of my life, but I live with some very fussy animals, and their comfort is my number one priority. With that in mind, I’m looking for a very special flatmate who is gentle, trustworthy, and genuinely loves animals.

We are an LGBTQI+ friendly, pet-positive (depending on the pet), semi-sociable household. All genders and orientations are encouraged to apply! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️⚢ ⚣⚥⚤

I value quiet time more than the average person, but I love the idea of sharing the occasional dinner party or having mutual friends over once in a while. If you're new in town or looking for mates I'd be so pleased to introduce you to my circle and vice versa.

🛏️ Your Room
A bright, partially furnished double bedroom overlooking our private, detached back garden.
On sunny days you’ll get gorgeous light in the morning and again in the afternoon.

You’re welcome to decorate your room however you like — the landlord is hands-off and very chill.

🏡 The Flat
Bathroom: small (tiny!), but includes a shower-tub combo.

Kitchen: basic cookware, gas hob, small fridge, and essential appliances, plus a coffee machine I'm hoping to upgrade soon.

Living Room: a 3-seater sofa, my work desk, and approximately one million pet beds. Outside of business hours, it’s a cosy place to hang, especially if you don’t mind a cat or two joining you.

Storage is decent if we’re clever about it, but the flat overall is furnished, so bulky furniture won’t fit.

🌱 The Garden
The garden is fully private, gets lovely sun, and is completely yours to enjoy. If you want to plant vegetables or flowers, I will be your biggest supporter!

🐾 The Pets
My pets are my babies and I’m extremely strict about their safety and wellbeing. They’re very sensitive and get stressed easily, so the right flatmate will be:

- patient
- calm
- consistent
- quiet
- and willing to put in the time to earn their trust

They’re the real residents here. I simply pay the rent.

If you’re the type who loves bonding with animals and treating them as part of the home, you’ll fit in beautifully.

💸 Rent & Bills
Rent: £1,088 per month

Bills: roughly £150 per month (we are tax band C)

Cleaner: I’d like to get a weekly cleaner; around £30 each

Our initial agreement will be 3 months with possibility to extend.
