Lovely big artsy house on edge of marshes

Hellooo, we are looking for a new flatmate to join our flat on the 24th of August - with some flexibility around date.
We are however looking to do viewings this week and next week so get in touch ASAP!!

The house is a semi-detached with exclusive access from the front door, a big bright kitchen, and a reasonable sized garden. There are 3 bathrooms - one for each floor - this room specifically shares a bathroom with only 1 other person. Worth saying that despite it being 6 people, the house doesnt ever feel cramped as it's spread out well over the 3 floors.
The neighbours on both sides are lovely and sociable if you choose to chat with them.
Beyond rent, bills - council tax etc. add up to around 70-90pm depending on time of year.
No reference needed but possibly proof of income / guarantor

Flatmates are all in work, sociable and most (but not all) adjacent to "LGBTQ etc."
We enjoy hanging out and socialising in the social spaces but it's more of a "casual hangout when we get the chance" / making smaller plans between ourselves kind of flat, rather than arranging big meals or dates as it's rare to find all 6 of us in the same room at once (busy bees). But we do enjoy the occasional party or event.

In terms of who we are looking for... generally appreciate an engagement with London culture / arts / music / literature / tech... enjoying engaging in something creative that kind of jazz... But also can be none of that and just a friendly person! wouldnt want to be too specific, and would prefer to just hear a bit about you and have a meeting to get the energy.
