Looking for Creatives

2 Double rooms available in Homerton

I have just taken over a 3 bedroom house belong to my landlord as he is selling our old house. I have lived in Homerton (2 streets away from the new house) for the last 3 years and love the area, people, market and cafes.
I'm looking for creatives to fill the house; I graduated for Fine Art at the RCA in 2013 and currently work part-time at two Art & Design Universities. The house amazingly has a large living room independent of the kitchen, which has recently been refurbished. I'm hoping to create a chilled out, clean, odd glass of wine/meal environment. The house was completely unfurnished but I have quite a lot of nice (well I think their nice) Kitchen stuff -coffee machine and all the basics and furniture and am happy to purchase bits and pieces as we go along. The rooms available are both very sunny and bright, one is a large double for £650 a month and a smaller double for £590 a month plus bills. We also have a back garden and smaller front garden for which I have garden furniture and a large BBQ. There are also 2 bathrooms also recently updated, the main bathroom is big and has a bath/shower, toilet and sink. And the second small bather room has a toilet and shower. The rooms are available straight away.

The house is on Daubeney Road, very close to Hackney Marsh and the River Lea (you can cycle down to Hackney Wick in about 12 minutes). The house is a 5 min walk from Chatsworth Road a every changing street filled with independent shops- juice bar, coffee shops, deli, restaurants, creperie and the Chatsworth Road market (A baby Broadway Market) We're only a 5 minute bike ride from Victoria park too. Also near the Adam and Eve and Elderfield pubs - friendly locals!

Nearest bus service stops outside the house and is the 242 (which runs through the night). Other bus services available are a short walk to Lower Clapton Road and include the 38, 253, 55 and 106 as well as the 425 and others from the nearby Homerton Hospital.

Nearest trains is the overground from Homerton straight into Highbury and Islington to change for the Victoria line.
