A cottage in Victoria Park, what more to say

Hello all,

We are looking for a house mate to join us in our lovely cottage as soon as possible.
Currently living in the house are two kind and friendly working professionals aged 23 and 31.

The cottage has an enclosed yard (in addition to the park) a cosy living room, clean kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
The room in question is large in size, has a comfy double bed with a 6 month new mattress, and all the other usual furnishings. (Not exactly the same as pictures but similar)

The perfect house mate is very clean, respectful and will join us for a beer/gin/wine/Capris Sun or two a few times a week.
In addition, they must be willing to help us look after the cottage. That includes things from painting the odd room to sweeping the garden.
She is old and can try to fall apart at times, but I assure you, you’ll love her.

Rent is £535 a month and the bills are between £110 to £130.
