Delighted to offer two double bedrooms in this Hackney Wick house. Located 5 minutes walk from both Victoria Park and Olympic Park. There is also a lively social scene with cafes, restaurants and clubs very nearby.

Both rooms fully furnished with double beds, wardrobes and shelving units, with nice views from third floor windows. Main bathroom is on the same floor, and features a power shower, bath, sink and toilet.

There is a large shared living room and kitchen space on the ground floor. The house features both front and back garden, with a patio too - perfect for summer barbecues!

Bus connections into central London are right outside. We're about 10 minutes walk to Hackney Wick station, and 20 minutes walk to Stratford station.

House has 4 bedrooms, so 2 housemates are staying on. Both very friendly young professionals.

Current lease is until September, but may be option to renew beyond this. Looking for people to move in around beginning of March.

This is a great house, especially in the summer months, with so much happening in the area with amazing green spaces so close by.
