St Mary of Eton is a Grade II listed church. Matthew Lloyd Architects were appointed in 2007 and the building has won design awards. The Mission, on Eastway is at the North Eastern corner of Victoria Park.

THE FLATMATES
We are an artist and acupuncturist, and a small affectionate dog. Interests: yoga, travel, self development, deep conversations, good vibes, creativity.
We have a projector in the living area.
It's a 3 bed. This double bed room available with double height ceiling. The bathroom is shared between 2 rooms. Your room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, storage space and floor to ceiling drawers.

COSTS
Rent £1150, Building Service Charge split £95, Bills split £175. Total £1370 inc all bills
