Double bedroom available in an LGBT-friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft-style live/work apartment.
It's a huge space w a wide hallway, large living room and an even larger work space that is also used as an office and art studio.
The flat is super bright getting morning, afternoon and evening sun through large windows and french doors that lead onto a Juliette balcony.

Ideally looking for a professional w a regular 9-5 type job as I work from the studio.

I'm a filmmaker, creative director with a warped, dry, absurdist sense of, erm, "humour"; I write, edit, and make art in the studio

I'm very tidy and clean and expect the same from the flatmate. No pets, smoking or drugs allowed. Or Tories.

I love to cook and bake, and share meals with the flatmate and my/their friends. Given the size of the flat, we've been known to have the occasional knees-up - dinner and house parties. However it is NOT a "party" house

Looking for someone mature, ideally over 35, with universally recognised social skills, manners and respect for the other. (Sad it still needs to be emphasised)

Hackney Wick station is literally around the corner with frequent trains to Highbury Islington for Victoria Line and mainline connections or to Stratford/Stratford International for the tube, Elizabeth Line and Eurostar.

The area obviously has a reputation for being "cool"; it is definitely vibrant and buzzy with bars, clubs, cafes and two Michelin star restaurants on our doorstep (Cornerstone and Silo).
