Hackney Wick - bright top floor flat

Hi I’m a musician (male) who’d like a nice positive person to take the spare room in my flat. The flat is in the middle of Hackney Wick. It’s a nice bright second floor flat and it’s quite warm and comfy in the winter, and about four minutes walk from Hackney Wick Overground station. There’s also a locking bicycle store close to the building’s front door on our footpath.
The Wick has a kind of friendly village atmosphere with all kinds of things happening or about to happen. It’s all arts and music, sport and café culture scene round here.
Nearby Victoria Park is a gorgeous 19th century creation, huge and with a lido and pavilion. Also close is the excellent Q. E. Olympic Park which has the Aquatics Centre and Velodrome. Lots of trees and canal walks. .
There’s some quite very quiet home music practice and I use the tv for news, documentaries and the occasional drama.
The room has a small desk and comfy chair in it.
