We're looking for another person to share a big furnished Maisonette flat with a big kitchen and a balcony. We are looking for a tidy & friendly person that is mindful of others. The most important attributes we are looking for are cleanliness in our common areas like the kitchen, toilet, bathroom and less noise after 9pm during the weekdays, as it will allow others to have a good sleep and not be disturbed by loud music or frequent visitors. Our flat is a five minute walk away from Homerton Train Station, Lidl, Tesco as well as the great Victoria Park and near Stratford city.

Rent is £700, plus an additional £30 for gas and electricity. So, £730 per calendar month.

Council tax is your own responsibility.
