The room is newly decorated it is also the largest room 4.5x7mtrs - the room is huge. This is an artsy building and would suit similar creative arts lover and those that are familiar with warehouse type living.
We are a varied mix of professionals etc and of mixed age group.
It is a social place to live - it is a home - with each of us busy during the day and happy to lounge in our living room area to chat as and when or chill in your room. We are not a party flat.
Our building has a long history in the area and there is a community type vibe here.
The flat has central heating/wifi/shower/bathroom/lots of natural light and a wood burner.
Room is available from 1st of November for x4 months and perhaps longer.
