We have a bright, furnished double room available in our spacious 3-bed warehouse flat in Hackney Wick. The sublet is for 6 months (May 1st – November 1st), with a possibility to extend.

📍 Location: Just a 5-min walk from Hackney Wick Station, right in the heart of all the fun!
💰 Rent: £885 per month (bills included**)
🔒 Deposit: £885

You might need to pay a little bit more if bills are really high or prices go up.

We’ll be arranging viewings Sunday 18th during the day and maybe early the week after, so please make sure you're available before applying!

About Us
We’re María (32) and Marcos (29) – close friends who love living together and are looking for someone to make this house their home too.

Marcos works in Academic Admin at a London uni, loves music, and describes himself as super clean and chilled (and I can confirm!).
I work in Operations at a tech company, I’m active, cheerful, and love a good laugh.
While we both have busy lives, we also enjoy hanging out at home - whether it’s dinner, drinks, or a casual movie night on the projector. We celebrate the odd birthday, but big parties happen elsewhere!

Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to find someone friendly, considerate, and tidy, ideally in their late 20s/early 30s, who’s looking for a comfortable and social home.
