Hello! I'm short-term subletting my Hackney Wick flat this summer:

1-bedroom, 1-bathroom (approx 500 sq ft) in the heart of Hackney Wick, steps from the station, canal, bars and restaurants of Queen's Yard, Fish Island, etc.

It's available across June and July with dates flexible - please message me your preferred time period and I'll do my best to accommodate!

Price is for single occupancy. Please let me know if you're a couple so we can discuss the price.

The flat is fully furnished and includes all bills, including gas, water, electricity, wifi, and Council Tax.

Most of my personal belongings will remain in the flat, but I will leave wardrobes and a few cupboards empty.

Bedroom has floor-to-ceiling window, a queen sized bed (Loaf) with super comfy mattress (Noa), double built-in wardrobes, a 3-drawer dresser + mirror.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, cookware, dishware, glassware, Nespresso coffee maker & pods, and other kitchen gadgets.

Bathroom has a large bath and rain shower + handheld shower head.

There is also a reclaimed wooden dining table / workspace with bench and 2 chairs (seats up to 4).

Large balcony has a comfy daybed (perfect for sunbathing in the summer as it gets sun exposure all afternoon), as well as a rocking chair, table, and fairy lights. West facing so it’s a lovely spot for sunsets.

There is construction happening across the walkway which obstructs the view but current work isn't loud or disruptive as they've just begun the works. This has been taken into consideration in the price!

I have a cleaner who comes every other week if you'd like, this is included in the monthly rent.

The building is safe and secure with fob entry at various points, a daily concierge, and video phone entry in the flat.

- Victoria Park and VP Village
- Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with biking trails, indoor pool, gym and other amenities
- Hackney Marshes
- London Fields

Overground:

- 1 stop to Stratford (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth lines, DLR, International rail station and Westfield shopping centre)
- Highbury &. Islington station is 10 mins away (access to the speedy Victoria line which runs all night)
- Overground goes all the way to Richmond or Clapham Junction
