6 week sublet available in Hackney Wick!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from the 1st of April until the 11th of May (6 weeks).

THE ROOM:
Located on the first floor of the house, the room is super bright and cozy. Counts with a double bed, tv, desk and lots of storage. All bedding will be provided and the bathroom would be shared with one other female housemate.

THE HOUSE:
Very spacious three floor house. We’ve got three bathrooms split across the three floors as well as a nicely sized kitchen with a sofa, a lounge/living room area, and a huge garden.

THE LOCATION:
The house is very well connected at a 5/7 minute walk from the Hackney Wick overground station and a 1 minute walk from two bus stops that get you to central London (London Bridge, Waterloo, Marble Arch). Victoria Park is only a 5 minute walk where you can enjoy some sun and the Sunday market now that the warmer days are approaching. The HW canal is around the same walking distance but to the opposite side with bars and venues such as Crate, Grow, Colour Factory and some other very nice breweries. We also have a Sainsbury’s and a corner shop 5 minutes away as well as quite a few local -food- gems around the area (just ask!). Stratford area and Westfield shopping mall (where you can find a big Waitrose and M&S) are around a 20 minute walk from the house which is handy as well.

THE HOUSEMATES:
You would be sharing the house with three other lovely housemates and our super cute chunky fluffy ginger kitty Cam. We are very good friends and very respectful of each other so we would like someone who cleans after themselves, fits the flow of the house and someone who I can trust in taking good care of my room!

RENT:
£1200 with all bills included.
