I'm going travelling so I'm subletting my self contained warehouse unit in the heart of hackney Wick E9 from the 5th of january 2026 till the end of March 2026.

It's spacious and self contained with shared bathrooms in the corridor.

Close to the canal, 2mn from the overground station, shops, parks, etc

Please note it is a warehouse space in hackney, although this isn't a party place at all, the building also hosts various workshops and music studios so it can be pretty lively at times! I've been living in that space for the last six years and I really do love it. It comes fully furnished and has a fully functional kitchen as you see it on the pictures.

Rent is 900pcm + electricity (~£30-£40 monthly) + gas for heating (~£50-£80 monthly)

Deposit £900

Can arrange viewings Monday 15th, tueday 16th or after the xmas break on 27th and 28th of December.
