Double room in cosy flat

Room available in our sweet 3 bedroom flat. It’s quite a small place so we don’t tend to have people over as it can get cramped very quickly. Definitely not a party house. Current flatmates- one works in hospitality on varying shift patterns and another in marketing only wfh 2 days a week so lots of opportunity to have the place to yourself. We are clean and respectful of communal spaces (cleaning the kitchen after every use) etc.
Gas electric comes to 20-30 a month. Water is £30 and council tax £48 per month. There is WiFi that 2 tenants use and one doesn’t so completely optional if you want to pay for that or not.
