It is a lovely flat in a lovely community, in a great location: a 5-minute walk from Hackney Wick overground, a 20-minute walk to Stratford station with Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, a 10-minute walk to Victoria Park, and a few steps from the canal.
It can be noisy at night on weekends: the Queen's Yard is just in front (which can be great for people watching though).
