Professional rental - Monday - Friday Rent only

I own my place but travel for work a lot, the new housemate will have exclusive rental of the property. I will stay with family if short notice but generally not in the property.

The flat is my home and modern - I am happy for the new room mate to keep belongings if required.

You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom.

I have a private parking space if required.
