4 minute walk to all the best bars/cafes/galleries/clubs/ hackney marshes/canal/gym/Olympic park/pool/Victoria park
- Huge sunny shared terrace with benches, BBQ and planters that you would be welcome to help maintain and use.
- Open plan kitchen/living room, so you can chit/chat/chop.
- We have a cat flap! There are plenty of cats around the warehouse complex. We are open to welcoming a cat babushka. We have a small dog, Lilly, who is very laid back, so it would have to be approved by her.
- Outdoor bike storage in courtyard.

** THE PEOPLE **

Heidi - 27, Irish, primary school teacher, avid runner and dopamine hunter, yang golden retriever energy.
Luca - 28, Hungarian, artist and costume designer, inspirationally wholesome and cool, yin authentic and graceful, mysterious cat energy.
Ivy - 27, actor & creative, also wholesome sauna outdoorsy rollerblading bad boy yogi monster, ethereal bunny rabbit energy.

- Through living here together for the last two years, Luca and I have become great friends and are definitely looking for someone who wants more than a place to live. Ivy has just moved in today so we are looking forward to settling into the next chapter of home as a new cast.

- It is essential that you are a considerate person who values keeping things tidy and gets a lil mini hard-on at the phrase 'cleaning schedule'. Ideally we want to live without even having to talk to about cleaning!

- If you have a flair for/ interest in DIY that is a huge plus! With the turnover of flatmates we are looking forward to zhuzhing up living space this summer!
