Double room right in the middle of Hackney Wick

Hi!

I’ve got a lovely double room available to rent in Hackney Wick.

Due to a series of not so great personal circumstances, I have to rent out one of my rooms. This means I’ll be sharing my room with my 9 year old son. He spends 50% of the week with his dad so isn’t always around, but I’m obviously only looking for flatmates that are okay with kids.

The flat is lovely - we have a spacious balcony, a super nice concierge, and we’re less than a minute walk away from Hackney Wick station. Loads of places to eat etc in the area.

Besides myself and my son you’ll also be sharing the space with my cat, Nico.

As for me: I’m a copywriter working in fintech. I mostly work from home but sometimes go to the cafe or the coworking space to air out a bit. Love music, film, art, history. Happy to keep to myself or socialise in equal measure.

Price for room includes all bills, cleaner 2x a month, and the service charge. Pets considered so long as they get on with my cat. Any questions just ask!
