Summer sublet- welcome to my fully furnished studio flat!

The spacious studio flat is available from early July to end of August. I'm happy to negotiate the exact dates with the right candidate. The rent is £1600 per month (bills included)

Located 5 minute walk from the Hackney Wick overground station this new built warehouse conversion offers the best of both worlds: quirky loft living in a comfortable setting. The place bathes in day light and almost 4 meter high ceilings bring extra airiness. Watch the canal boats float by while enjoying your privacy!

The cosy and spacious studio has simple but fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, french balcony overlooking the canal and beautiful terrazzo floor.

Kitchen area has fridge-freezer, 2-plate induction hob, Dualit table top oven and Kitchen Aid blender. A pour over and moka pots are for coffee making!

The small double bed is up in the spacious mezzanine (high enough to sit up). There’s a silent rotating fan keeping it cool for summer months if required.

For working from home, a trestle table can be taken out. Small (non-shedding) pets can be considered.

The flat is a haven in the buzzing Hackney Wick. Please respect the tranquil atmosphere in the building by keeping the noise down from 11pm onwards.

There's a chill restaurant located in the ground floor of the building, and some very moderate sounds can be expected towards the weekends until 10-12pm.
