Warehouse Room In Hackney Wick, Vegan Houseshare

Sorry for short notice...

We're looking for someone for a 3 month sublet starting 3rd January in our 3 bedroom warehouse sanctuary in Hackney Wick. Ideally we are looking for sb PLANT BASED/VEGAN, OR VEGETARIAN but depending on circumstances we might consider others. We dont judge anyone or what you eat, just would prefer no smell of cooked meat in the house as we are both vegan.

Room

A cosy double room, with an outward facing window looking out to trees and the train tracks. The room is on the first floor, will come with simple furniture and a double bed.

Flatmates
----------
You’ll be sharing the space with Stan (he/him) and Chlöe (she/they), we’re both in our 30’s, self-employed and have two fluffy flatmates called Tsuki (Italian Greyhound dog) and Diego (Siberian cat) who are both super friendly and loveable.
In our spare time we like to skate, meditate, create, cycle, travel, hike, learn, read, cook, watch a good film, game
We tend to see our home as a place to relax and unwind, we do our own thing most of the time but are obvs open to socialise. We don’t party in the house.

Rent £750 + £100 for bills so total of £850
Deposit £400
