Double Room in Hackney Wick

My housemate is (unfortunately) moving out of the country and leaving behind a room.

And it's a nice room, in a nice flat, only 5-10 min walk hackney wick station, and right next to main bus routes (388, 26 etc). Corner store a minute down the road, and Victoria Park a short walk away.

The flat itself is a 2 bedroom with a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Large windows in the living room that let in a lot of light, and bedrooms get morning sun. We're on a main road (eastway) but the bedrooms are quiet as they're on the opposing side of the building.

The room for rent is the one pictured. There is an option for some of the furniture if you're interested.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate and is easy to get along with. Not a party type situation.

I work in photography/film. Currently wfh a few days a week.

With bills (council, electric, internet, water) it's approx £910 a month.
