Double space in hackney wick available November

Hey welcome! We have a space going in our flat in Hackney Wick. It's a super lovely space with a large shared living room, shared bathroom (with just 3 people total), and big kitchen. Big windows lead to the courtyard outside which is available for use on weekends (weekdays it is in use).

We are 4 working professionals, a musician, 2 in marketing and one in eyewear tech. We also have a scruffy sausage dog Bean who has lived here since he was 7 weeks old. The community in the space is lovely, we know our neighbours and hang out regularly.

Nearby we have loads of amenities - gyms, sauna, supermarkets, restaurants and of course the Hackney Wick bars. It's a 20 min walk, 5-8 min cycle over to Stratford for all the shops etc there.

Loads of local transport links, buses and of course super close to Victoria Park for all your mid-life half-marathon needs.

We hang out together regularly, film nights, nights out and gym classes or runs. We are not a party house, and like to keep quite social and clean.

All bills included, wifi etc too. Plus a cleaner every other week is included.
