15 minute walk to Westfield Stratford

- Wardrobe
- Desk chair
Good light throughout the day west facing window
Is on the first floor

The house:
Terraced, 20th century East London House,
Three stories with a large garden and a shed.
Two bathrooms (one with actual bath).
Some storage space.
Kitchen/living room with half wall divide.
We also have a decently sized patio garden for smokers and a shed for bikes and such.

The people:
There’s Caitlan, she/her, who will be in the room next door. 24, wholesome party girl into literature and film and working in operations . Likes hosting and cooking - makes 10/10 vegan tacos and spicy Margs.

and I’m Sam, he/him, I live in a room upstairs. I’m 23, I paint at home and play great music
