- All bills and a bi-monthly cleaner included!
- Amazing location
1 minute walk to Sainsbury's/refill shop,
2 minute walk to Hackney Wick overground/bus (but why leave?)
4 minute walk to all the best bars/cafes/galleries/clubs/ hackney marshes/canal/gym/Olympic park/pool/Victoria park
- Huge sunny shared terrace.
- Open plan kitchen/living room, so you can chit/chat/chop.
- Outdoor bike storage in courtyard.
- Unfortunately the building is not accessible to wheelchair users due to the stairs

** THE PEOPLE **

Matilda - 30, outdoorsy sauna bike riding sunshine loving gal. Graceful gazelle mixed with vaping gremlin.
Ivy - 28, actor & creative, also wholesome sauna outdoorsy rollerblading bad boy yogi monster, ethereal bunny rabbit energy.
Stephane - 28 doing phd, writer, artist, thoughtful orb of light who loves to cook and create community, giving wise camel mixed with lost ferret energy

— We’re all good friends and have a social, fun and genuine vibe but aren’t a party warehouse. Would suit someone looking for a homely vibe who wants to stick around a while.

- It is essential that you are a considerate person who values keeping things tidy. Ideally we want to live without even having to talk to about cleaning!

- If you have a flair for/ interest in DIY that is a huge plus! With the turnover of flatmates we are currently zhuzhing up living space!
