Hey everyone, I'm looking for a flatmate in Hackney Wick in their late 20's or early\mid 30's! £500 a month all in with three wonderful flatmates and a very sweet and mischievous cat.
Everyone in the flat has their own stuff going on but we really enjoy hanging out together when we get the chance so would like to find someone who's up for being part of that dynamic. Also looking for someone who will be mindful about taking care of the shared space.
The room is a classic no window setup (apart from windows onto the shared space 🙃) but our previous housemate loved living here and sure someone a bit diy-oriented can make good use of the space!
Since I won't have time to chat to everyone, if you do contact me regarding this, please include details about yourself. We've been living togheter for years and we really hope to find a friend as well as a housemate.
Unfortunately this is not a party oriented flat but we occasionally host gatherings and have our friends over, we're very welcoming and always up to meet new people. 😀
