Awesome studio in Hackney Wick

Hi,

I need to move at short notice due to personal circumstances and need someone to complete on the sublet contract here. The studio is available until the end of March 2025, when the long-term tenant returns from travelling.

The studio is at Schwartz Wharf, very close to the canal, bars and shops of Hackney Wick, and Victoria Park. It’s a great location and a very cool vibe generally. Also, places are sublet here all the time so if you like the vibe and want to stay longer, the best way to find somewhere is to be here and learn about this stuff internally!

It is bigger than it looks in the pics but I have a bunch of boxes and stuff in the way atm! There’s a sofa that doubles as a king size bed and all the amenities you need - breakfast bar, furniture, cooker, fridge freezer etc… also, as the space is on the third floor, it’s quite warm. I haven’t had to put a heater on at all, even when it dropped to zero.
