Description
Good-sized double bedroom in a really great flat with the cutest cat, in the best location.
Rent is £850 + bills which average £165per month
Move in date is from 1st November but flexible to move in up to the end of the month.
THE FLAT
It's a 2 bedroom flat with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. All are good sized rooms and if you cycle, there is space in the hall to lock your bike (secure building).
THE LOCATION
If you're in the know as to why the Bath House in Hackney Wick is so great then this is your spot! The flat is opposite so no long cycles or bus journeys in-between that beautiful sauna experience <3 It's a 5min walk to Victoria Park, the canal and many bus stops just a few mins walk away and the Overground is less than 10mins walk too.
THE BEDROOM
Unfurnished good sized double which is bright and gets the sun in the morning and afternoon. The room is located at the back of the flat with views of the Orb in Stratford and it's surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to Eastway.
FLATMATES
You will be living with two others - Me & My Cat:
I'm 38, Scottish, lived in London for 16+ years, work as a yoga teacher and in my free time I like to sauna, yoga, cycle & stroll around London, read a good book, catch up with friends over coffee or at the pub, cook at home, binge Greys Anatomy and watch the next best series on Netflix and before you ask... I'm not vegan and don't mind if you cook and eat meat in the flat.
Bonnie, almost 2, is a cat. She is a gentle soul who likes to sleep on windowsills, wander the halls of the flat building, eat cat yogurt and drink the shower water whilst you're in there...Lol. She is soft, sociable and likes to meow sometimes and it's really important you love cats and are okay with her going in and out of your room as she loves it there.
~
This flat is a home for Bonnie and I and it isn't a party house (despite the location). We keep it warm, sociable, friendly and peaceful. We also keep the space clean and tidy with a cleaning rota - I'm quite house proud and I've tried to make it as homely and welcoming as possible for us all to enjoy <3
If you like the sound of this and you're aligned with the above and are a kind, loving and accepting human, message with a little more info on yourself - can be what you do, what you're looking for and we can arrange a time to view.
Thanks so much xx
P. S. I will do my best to reply to everyone but if I don't, I'm sorry!
