🏡 The Flat: Spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Two balconies (one off the lounge, one off the bedroom), a free on-site gym, and a rooftop garden for residents.
🛏 The Room: Comes unfurnished, but I don’t need most of my furniture, so happy to discuss selling it.
👬 Flatmates: Two guys (28 & 29), both musicians, have lived here for a while and super easygoing.
💰 Rent & Bills: £1375pcm (excluding bills, total around £1500pcm). Rent day is the 21st.
💰 Deposit: £1023.08 (payable to me, will be put into a deposit scheme).
📅 Move-in Date: 24th May (potentially with some flexibility).
