Double en-suite bedroom immediately available in Hackney Wick, 2 minute walk to Hackney Wick overground. Building has a gym and concierge service included in the rent price.

Room comes with double bed, built in wardrobes, not included desk and chest of drawers. Dishwasher and microwave in kitchen area. Room is immediately available until end of June when our tenancy comes to an end, happy to renew for another year if all is going well. Bills on top is usually around £135 a month.

Lou, 30 years old works in early careers recruitment. Likes to socialise on the weekends going to DJ Sets, enjoys the gym and a keen runner. Also loves to binge a TV box set.

Ben works as a video editor and loves to stay active: bouldering, football, gym. He’s sociable and enjoys board games, and hosts game nights from time to time. He also likes to cook, and share his food with his housemates.

Ideally looking for a professional aged 28 - 38years old, clean and respectful in the communal areas, but also fun and keen to socialise.
