Big en-suite double in Hackney Wick w/gym

I’m subletting my double room in a spacious 3-bed flat right in the heart of Hackney Wick. I’m off travelling for 6 months (probably longer), so looking for someone to make it home while I’m away.

The room itself is bigger than it looks in the pics, fully furnished, has a big en-suite and its own private balcony – ideal for a morning coffee or evening wine. I haven’t done much decorating, so feel free to put your own stamp on it while you’re here.

The flat has big open-plan living room and kitchen with all the mod cons, three balconies. Loads of space to chill, work, or host the occasional dinner night. The whole place is fully furnished and ready to go. There’s also a free well equipped gym with a studio, and a rooftop terrace in the building.

It’s a relaxed, sociable flat with a nice balance – everyone does their own thing but we hang out together too. We’re clean and respectful (the usual: tidy communal spaces, no chaos), but definitely not uptight. Ideal if you’re after a place that feels like a proper home.

Bills are around £250 a month.

A bit about my flatmates:

You’d be sharing with my friends Harriet and Tom – both super easygoing and sociable. Harriet works in fashion, is a pescatarian (non-dairy too), and loves cooking up tasty meals to go with a pint and some low-stakes tv (think reality shows and dramas). Tom’s our resident Aussie, who surfs, travels loads brings good vibes and is usually up for a drink. It’s a relaxed, friendly place – ideal if you’re looking for a home, not just a room.
