Two lovely male house mates, one is a researcher and photographer, the other is photographer/ creative.

Very chilled house mates, not a party house but we have the rare big house party for birthdays. We have lots of chilled movie nights and dinners together with friends. We love a little cycle or walk together to get a coffee around hackney marshes/ Walthamstow marshes.

Clean and tidy household, we have a weekly cleaner (not included in rent).

We have semi optic wifi which is fast enough for all working/ streaming needs.

I run a community photography darkroom out of one of the rooms, frequent photographer friends around the flat during the day. You could also use it if you lived here and join the darkroom community.

The available room is the one with red lighting (no red lighting inside there still anymore just normal lighting), has a mezzanine with a double bed on top and a staircase to get up to it and a sofa. Floor space is big enough for a desk etc. Red light can be changed ofc. Generally you can build/ paint/ change anything in your room as it’s a studio live in space.
