Available mid June until the end of the tenancy in December (7th December 2025) but we are flexible on move in date. The tenancy must be taken from June - Dec. The room will preferably be unfurnished (the rest of the flat is fully furnished) but this can be discussed :)

You will be living with one girl - Anna and a couple - Holly & Sam, all aged 28. The flat has a very chilled vibe, we’re sociable & chat in the communal spaces, however we definitely aren’t a party household and we respect each others downtime amongst our busy schedules.
We are looking for a person on the same vibe, a friendly professional but also has their own things going on. Someone who is clean and respectful is also a must :)
