Room available in Hackney Wick

I'm moving out on the 13th-19th of September to be closer to work (happy to discuss a specific date between these). The room is a light and spacious single bed with a built in wardrobe alongside a desk and chair which are ideal for studying or WFH.

The house itself is a 5 min walk from Hackney Wick station, is light with a large living room and garden with two other tenants who are very friendly and clean in a great location with good transit access.

This would be a takeover of tenancy through to the 10th of July 2026 with the option to either renew the tenancy or to replace yourself on the tenancy prior to that date after a two month period from moving in.
