Urgent Fill - 20 Aug !!! Hackney Wick

Hello,

My room in hackney wick will be available from the 20 August as I am moving back to Australia. The room comes fully furnished with an IKEA king size bed (new mattress purchased for me by the landlord last year), side tables, desk & built in wardrobe.
You will be living with 3 other flatmates - Olivia, Taylah and Louis. Taylah and Louis are a couple who occupy their own master bedroom with ensuite. Your room shares the main bathroom with Olivia.
There is a shared open kitchen/lounge, rooftop terrace, and locked bike storage area.

Who we are looking for;
Someone that is easy going, considerate, clean and has their own thing going on, but is equally ok with catching up over a wine on the weekend.

This is a busy household where flatmates work mostly from the office and spend evenings at the gym or out with friends. Everyone has their own schedule but try to find time to catch up altogether in evenings and on weekends.

There is currently 6 months left on the lease with the option to renew and extend. You will be added to the lease in an offical handover.
