Liam and I (Riley) are looking for a new housemate in our spacious warehouse flat in the heart of Hackney Wick.
The Room:
A bright and spacious double room with plenty of space, either perfect for a couple or a working from home set-up. The room has high ceilings and large windows with lots of natural light, making it an open and breathable space.
The Flat:
Located in a converted warehouse that has character and plenty of communal space. You will be joining two male housemates, Liam (32) and Riley (27), where you can join us watching films and hanging. The flat includes a large shared living room, kitchen area, and bathroom.
Location:
The flat is located in the heart of Hackney Wick, just a quick 5 min walk to the Overground (Mildmay Line) which is 1 stop from Stratford with multiple tube and train connections. There's an abundance of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars right on our doorstep.
About us:
Liam (32): A hospitality manger, who has worked in the industry for 10+ years. Enjoys being sociable, film gigs/festivals.
Riley (27): An Aussie who has been living in London for 12 months, working as an Archaeologist. He enjoys video games, film, D&D, and socialising with housemates.
We're both LGBTQ+ friendly. The flat isn't accessible for individuals with disabilities that require ramp access, due to steps coming to the flat and into bathroom.
